• 1. Our prices are fixed. There is no Place for bargaining on our prices.
• 2. Payment will be 100% in advance, work will not start without advance payment
• 3. Only text and images will be changed in the samples we provide. Font and color can be changed.
• 4. Only the provided images will be added you cannot change the images again and again.
• 5. Please provide the content carefully and also cross check for spelling mistakes as we will add the content exactly as you provided.
• 6. Additional charges will apply if the template requires more changes.
• 7. After the design is ready, screenshots of all the slides will be sent to you, after finalization the draft video will be sent. If necessary changes after finalization; Fees will be applicable as per necessary changes.
• 8. You will get the Invitation MP4, JPEG, PDF, GIF format only. The source file will not be provided.
• 9. If you need additional slides or multiple versions, like separate one for the bride/groom, or one version with only a few functions, the other will do all the work, it's Rs. There is an additional charge for each edition depending on the template in discussion and how much variation is needed for the video invitation. In the case of PDFs and Ecards this is subject to the scope of work.
• 10. If an existing video template requires additional editing or modification, please notify in advance and we will let you know of the additional cost depending on the scope of work.
• 11. If you have a specific brief or need a customized design, please share your requirement and reference idea with us and we'll let you know what we can do for you.
• 12. Payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• 13. Our small watermark will be “Designed by Invitationwale” INR 299/- will be applicable if you wish to remove.
